The bodyweight-only program is a five day a week program with workouts lasting up to 60 minutes.

How long is the at home program?

Right now, all the programs inside our app are ongoing, continuous programs. That means you can continue to get new programming for all long as you are a member.

What fitness level is this program for?

This program is designed for any level of fitness from beginner to advanced.

What equipment do I need for this program?

Our bodyweight program does not require any equipment!

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

The bodyweight-only You can cancel or pause your membership anytime by emailing support@fitnessculture.com. Just be sure to do so 24 hours before your next billing date.program is a five day a week program with workouts lasting up to 60 minutes.

Can people who live outside the US join the app?

Absolutely! Anyone from anywhere can join the app and get in on the fun. If you have access to some dumbells, a barbell, and maybe some heavy tree logs, you join our Fit Cult Family.
